I finished my last contract in San Diego looking for a full time or contract position either in the eLearning space or project managment I've listed my experience below:
5+ yrs directing learning projects that span cross-functional teams/organizations and support complex, high value programs with employers including Boeing and Atomic Tangerine for an e-Learning program funded by DuPont Corporation.
15+ yrs partnering with senior management and department leaders across multiple lines of business involving many stakeholders to plan and manage the development, implementation and measurement of performance solutions.
·Managing curriculum from conception to completion; designing and developing curriculum modules and working as part of a team to complete curriculum redesign.
10 + yrs building and motivating high performing teams, bringing them together as a powerful group that achieves immediate and long-term business objectives.
6+ yrs Project scope, estimating, resource allocations, reports, analysis, projections. Excellent problem solving skills with an eye for the big-picture and capable of delving into details.
